A vessel with approximately 45 people was intercepted by the Turkish Coast Guard (TCG) when entering Greek waters. During the operation the Hellenic Coast Guard (HCG) vessel remained at the area and turned off the lights. One hour later, when another dinghy was approaching the HCG tried to stay back and let the TCG do the pull back, however TCG refused to cross to Greek Waters.

SMH Rhib “Atlantis” with our rescue crew witnessed the pull back while was requested to standby.
